Manual work,
made lighter.

AI workflow automation for UK businesses.

What We Automate

Connected workflows,
built properly.

Fixed rules, AI and human review used where each works best.

Documents and Inboxes

Read incoming documents and messages, extract the relevant information, apply validation rules and send exceptions to the right person.

Discuss document workflows

CRM and Operations

Turn meetings, emails, forms and calls into structured updates, assigned actions and clean records across the systems your team already uses.

Discuss CRM automation

Reporting and Hand-offs

Gather information from multiple tools, prepare recurring reports and move work between teams without repeated copy and paste.

Discuss reporting workflows

One workflow first,
measured properly.

Clearly defined workflow before wider automation.

Named person inside the business remains accountable.

Layers used where they fit: rules, AI and human review.

Black-box, high-impact decisions introduced by default.

The Approach

Automation where possible.
AI where useful.

Not every step needs AI.

Deterministic rules for moving data, validation and fixed business logic.

AI where documents, language or unstructured information need interpretation.

Human approval where uncertainty or consequence requires it.

A measurable baseline agreed before the workflow changes.

Questions

Before we automate the workflow.

The architecture depends on the process, systems, data and consequences of an incorrect action.

Do you use Zapier, Make or n8n?

They may be appropriate for some orchestration work. Prosper can also build custom software and integrations where packaged automation tools are too limited, fragile or difficult to control.

What happens when the AI is uncertain?

The workflow can use confidence thresholds, validation rules and exception queues. Uncertain or high-impact cases are sent to a person rather than silently processed.

Can staff approve actions before they happen?

Yes. Approval can be required before messages are sent, records are changed or other material actions take place.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Usually, provided suitable APIs, exports or other secure access are available. Integration feasibility is confirmed during discovery.

How will the result be measured?

The measurement depends on the process. It can include handling time, backlog, response time, error rate, exception rate, adoption and cost per item processed.

Do we need an AI Opportunity Audit first?

Not always. A clearly understood workflow can move directly into scoped discovery. An audit is preferable where several possible use cases are competing for investment.
